Service Description

The Elite Package includes all services in the Basic and Intermediate Packages PLUS: * Maximum of 16 hours of direct consultation, planning, and implementation * Complete placement or in home services coordination from start to finish (does not include finding a 24/7 caregiver in the home * Moving assistance if requested * Transportation services if needed * Estate sale referrals when requested * Power of Attorney for Healthcare/Advanced Care Planning Services if necessary or Guardianship Petitions * A financial review of the loved ones assets to aid in future planning * Conflict resolution for families who are having a difficult time coping Assistance of securing 24/7 in home caregiving is not a service USA Geriatric Services offers at this time. Hours exceeding 16 will incur an additional $169 per hour.
