When selecting the Basic Package you can expect to receive: * Maximum of four hours of consultation and recommendation * A full functional assessment to determine needs * Recommendations for the least restrictive options that will best fit the scenario for your loved one * Once recommendations are discussed, you will be responsible to implement the plan An upgrade to the Intermediate Plan can occur here for an additional fee of $200 or to the Elite Plan for an additional fee of $1700 due at the time of the contract update
